INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES:

The luxury residence, with accommodation capacity till 14 people, has a large suite, 5 double rooms with lake or mountain view, two futon beds for the overnight stay of guests. There is a relaxation area as well, where guests can enjoy different services such as sauna and hot tub.
The enchanting garden, which overlooks Lake Como, offers the possibility to personalize from time to time the different weddings’ arrangements.
The spacious outdoor veranda and the large living room offer a valid alternative for the different moments of the marriage, even in case of adverse weather.

CAPACITY:

It is possible to experience every phase of the event in the internal spaces of the villa up to a maximum of 40 guests, using the large dining room for the reception and the outdoor loggia as aperitif area; an excellent solution if you have to opt for an indoor reception. Alternatively, if the season allows it, is possible to have the ceremony in the garden, with the use of the outdoor loggia for buffet or aperitif.
Possibility of celebrations with only a symbolic rite in the private garden or in the comfortable ”taverna”.

A few minutes away is the Romanesque church of San Vito, completely overlooking the lake, where it is possible to celebrate traditional religious ceremonies.
